Duncan has a broad practice covering all forms of IP. He has significant experience handling complex intellectual property litigation, particularly patents, and often with an international flavour. He also advises clients on licensing matters and other modes of exploitation.
Duncan graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2001 with a degree in biochemistry which is particularly helpful in life science matters.
Duncan joined Redd at the beginning of 2011 from Herbert Smith, where he trained and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and as a Solicitor Advocate in 2010.
Duncan is married with two young children. He enjoys cycling, kitesurfing and cooking.
