Michael has a broad experience of advising clients in the enforcement and exploitation of a variety of intellectual property rights, including patents, designs, copyright, trade marks and rights in confidential information. In addition to these 'core' IP disciplines, he advises clients on competition law issues which frequently arise in intellectual property matters.
Michael graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Law. Having completed his professional training at Eversheds LLP, he was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and joined Redd on qualification.
In his spare time, Michael plays rugby and is a keen cyclist. He also enjoys playing the guitar and taking in live music.
